Fried Squid with Wine

Ingredients:

2/9 lb. squids
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. dry white wine
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
ginger crushed to taste

Procedure:

Slice squids, pour over with wine, soy sauce, season with ginger, sugar and let sit for 6 hours. Remove squids from marinate, dry and fry in oil. When serving, top with greens. Makes 2 servings.
