Fried Idly

Ingredients:
3 idly
1/2 chopped onion
1 cup carrot, beans, cabbage (chopped)
1 tsp. chilly chicken powder or red chilly powder
a pinch garam masala
1/2 tsp. pepper powder
cilantro
salt
Procedure:
Cut the idlies into whatever shape you want. Heat little oil and fry the onions and then add the chopped vegetables and cook until the veggies are done. Now add all the powders and finally add the idly pieces and mix everything together. Add salt and garnish with cilantro. Serve hot with a cup of tea or coffee.
